Went March 21 between 7:30 and 8:00.I was surprised there was no drive-through line. The person taking my order was friendly. Food was out the window in less than 2 minutes.I got home, and all of my rice was not edible. It was completely undercooked and crunchy. You could tell by the color that it wasn't cooked. I don't understand how they could mess up one of their main items that bad.One of my chicken entrees was really a scoop of vegetables with a few bits of chicken thrown in.

Today I made an order at drive thru. I ordered three bowls and extra medium box of orange chicken. When I came home I find out that the box of orange chicken was filled with chow mein. I called the stores and requested a refund because I was already home. The rep named Ollie told me that they don’t do refund. He even called his manager and confirmed that if I want the orange chicken I will have to come back to store.What a great customer service!

I'll start off by saying the staff is very friendly and offered me something to drink while waiting multiple times. However, I was also told they had my customer's order, then was told it was going to be another 10 minutes for the chow mein. I've already been waiting for 20+ minutes and the estimated pickup time is 5:54. It is currently 6:09 and it'll probably be another 10 minutes. I get it, dinner rush, but inexcusable regardless. This location has a poor rating for a reason. They really need to get their act together. I see this with practically every Panda Express I pick up from, this company simply can't keep up with the demand their stores have.

The service is simply terrible, I waited 50 minutes for my order. Each time they changed the waiting time, they said 15 minutes, then 15 minutes passed. They said eight more, eight minutes passed, they said 6 more minutes. Eventually. I waited 40 minutes for my order. I don't recommend it.

employees would rather talk to their friends who come in to bring them drinks instead of finishing an order that was ordered 30 minutes ago in lobby or clean and close instead of putting together simple plates with no online orders or drive thru orders i would rather go to the one by

Food is fine but the wait for the food is insane. We've been multiple times since they opened and they have this tactic that they'll take an order in the drive-thru once they've cleared the one at the window. And that's the only one they take, there's no other cars as you pull up to the window despite the backed up line behind you.I'm not sure if this is to keep their wait times down but it still takes forever, even when they're not busy inside. And this is normal wait, not waiting for chicken or rice or something, you'll be waiting over 15 mins just to get to the ordering speaker. They really need to figure out what is going on.

Have been a Panda customer for years ,this location on Mill Plain Blvd. needs to pay attention to customer's inside as well as drive thru went in to order and waited 15 minutes decided to go back out and go to the drive thru the 3 times giving my order at the speaker they still had problems with a basic order. Will be driving to the location that can get it right for now on 192nd by Walmart.

Food is good, like all panda express but this location took FOREVER! I watched for 10 minutes as they were filling up orders, but none were mine, and there were only 2 people in front of me when I ordered. Absolutely ridiculous.

Just left here 11:06 PM Monday February 11. Waited in line, stuck and unable to move for over 20 minutes. Not sure what the delay was, but if someone's order wasn't ready, have them move forward and wait in a parking space! There were about 8 people behind us and nobody could move. Absolutely ridiculous. I called and called with no answer and was about to go knock on the front door (which was locked) to beg them to please get the line moving!

Workers didn’t seem like they really wanted to be there and didn’t respond nicely. Also very unsanitary, workers touch money to give change back but don’t wash hands or put gloves on after dealing with money.

Holy cow! What a nice experience… Gob-Smacked from the got go! Lemmee catch my breath… walked in, WHA…a nice greeting and smiley faces! Wait staff… polite, positive and helpful… amazing collection of dishes… if you are health conscious lotz of choices… the place was clean as a whistle (kinda upscale New York modernism)… the pricing… okay, here’s the big one… A TOTALLY IMPRESSIVE VALUE!How is the taste… as good as any sit down Chinese restaurant in the Couve’… if you like Asian food, nice service and a pleasant surrounding go there… if your a “grump-puss” go to Burger King, Chipotle or some other dopey fast food joint!

I generally like the food, but they usually get the order wrong here, and now they will even lie about it. "Did you put the sauce in the bag?" "Yes." Sauce not in bag. Verify everything before you leave. Or just don't go, that's what I'm doing.
