Have been a Panda customer for years ,this location on Mill Plain Blvd. needs to pay attention to customer's inside as well as drive thru went in to order and waited 15 minutes decided to go back out and go to the drive thru the 3 times giving my order at the speaker they still had problems with a basic order. Will be driving to the location that can get it right for now on 192nd by Walmart.
Holy cow! What a nice experience… Gob-Smacked from the got go! Lemmee catch my breath… walked in, WHA…a nice greeting and smiley faces! Food is fine but the wait for the food is insane. We've been multiple times since they opened and they have this tactic that they'll take an order in the drive-thru once they've cleared the one at the window. And that's the only one they take, there's no other cars as you pull up to the window despite the backed up line behind you.I'm not sure if this is to keep their wait times down but it still takes forever, even when they're not busy inside.
