Second time I ordered the Chicken Noodle soup and second time I only get broth. How hard is it to mix it a little, so I get veggies and chicken? I even asked them to do it and they did it again.

This location isn't the best. Service isnt great. Kinda dirty. They actually told us we had to wait for salad because there wasn't any clean bowls. Yikes!!!We won't be back to this particular location.

I recently got a job at Panera bread only to be told on my start day that they chose someone else!! Let me start from the beginning……..So I applied there on the march 25th 2024 and got an interview 1 of 2. My first interview went great other than the fact that I had to wait for 20 minutes for the team manager to come assist me and start the interview. That interview went well, than they moved me to the second stage which was to meet with the assistant manager and have an interview with her. The interview went great and I was told I got the job. After I was told I got the job it went all down hill from there. The assistant manager told me my start date and gave me paper work to fill out and bring back. They were very adamantFor me to put in my 2 weeks at my current job. I was also told to contact the assistant manager if I had any questions about my start date. 2 days later I had called to confirm some things about my start date. I was told “someone will call you back in about 2 to 3 hours” They never called me back so I called the next day to check for any updates. I was told “someone will be contacting you later today”. BIG SHOCKER they never once called me back answering my questions. One day before my start date I thought I might aswell call again so I did and then FINALLY someone answered my questions. I was cleared for my shift then here comes start day. I was supper excited and had worked my last shift at my old job the day prior. I showed up for my shift and the assistant manager walked over to me and said “I have some bad news” we talked some more and then she said “I’m sorry I was meaning to call you earlier today we ended up hiring somebody else”. Now let’s put you into my shoes I was expecting to start a new job and now I am jobless because someone was so unprofessional as to not call you and let you know they decided to revoke you’re new job that you were offered. I had also asked if I did anything wrong or if it was an issue with my referances and I was told no everything went great and was fine. They played a very unprofessional game I WOULD NOT TRUST WHAT THEY SAY!!

So I just wanted to stop in to try something new. They were out of what I wanted to try so I just ordered chai and when I got it it was cold and only half full. I waited in the drive-thru for over 20 minutes. They only offered almond milk as an alternative. And when I called the manager that I spoke to said that they steam their milk and most of its foam. Only wanted to offer me a free cookie as replacement. While I was not looking for a replacement and just to generalize my concerns, I felt completely invalidated. I was extremely disappointed with my service over the phone and through the drive-thru and I will not be going back. Waste of time and money I will never get back.

Today's treat was using a $0 delivery fee coupon and still being charged $1 for precisely that.I usually order ahead and pickup, and my order is never ready on time, yet people who show up after me and order onsite get their food first. My favorite is when I'm waiting for my late order to show as ready and then finally pull into the drive-thru to pickup behind someone who hasn't ordered yet, so that I can just be handed my bag after waiting another ten minutes for their food to be made. Yeah, sure, I could pickup inside, or I could just not visit at all.Also, what am I tipping for when I only get a thank you or a smile consistently from one specific employee? (Thank you to her—that's the three stars for service.)The value proposition on the food is terrible as it is—and the other reviewers clearly agree. Enough already....Parking: Parking is always available but can be annoying for a variety of reasons.
Never eat the eggs at Panera. I ordered a bacon egg and avocado bagle for $10 and what I recieved was a bagle with a single slice of overcooked bacon the worst thinnest, most flavorless, recoconstituted powder, puck egg defrosted from the freezer I've ever had the misfortune of eating in my life with the thinnest layer of avocado I've ever seen. These eggs were so bad my partner says they've had better eggs in prison. ? This is shameful, Panera. I expected better of this place.I would have rather gone to McDonald's next door. A McGriddle would have been cheaper, faster, and better.

Both the cup and bowl portion sizes are weirdly small on their soups and their sandwiches although tasty always have way too much bread to meat ratio. Also can't believe they offer those caffeine spiked lemonades in their "unlimited sips" club, those drinks are way too strong and made us feel instantly jittery, dehydrated, and ultimately nauseous! The bakery items are the highlight of these establishments, they do a great job!
