I went in at ten minutes to nine and have never experienced worse customer service, and from the kid sweeping the floor in back no less. My order was taken without issue. The incredibly rude kid came from the back. Turned the lights off in the lobby with three other customers waiting, and put down his broom before proceeding to make my extra large pepperoni. No gloves no hand washing, which I mentioned, only to be ignored. I have never seen less effort go into any task or with worse attitude. Once he begrudgingly finished my pizza he sort of wrapped it, barely, with a single layer of cellophane. I asked him to wrap it a bit better because I was on a bike. Again only to be ignored. Luckily I didn't have far to go because I had to corral my topping and rewrap my pie with the skimpy insufficient piece of cellophane I was given. After having worked for papa Murphy's in high school, (Cascade Park location) which was an absolutely amazing experience, I know all of this is against company policy. To say I was disappointed is an understatement. I definitely plan on having a conversation with the manager tomorrow.

I showed up tonight 12 min before close and the guy working was rude and foul mouthed and would not help me. I didn’t understand why, since it was 12 min before closing, he gave me for different excuses before popping off rudely, let’s just say, if he was my son I would have smacked his mouth, as my employee, immediately fired!I was astonished when I then listened to him tear two women WORSE! And I overheard him on the phone tell someone, “well, you should have called earlier…”This little punk must be the owner or something with the giant ego served up rather than the pizza we came for!!!

It’s 8:58pm as I sit to begin writing this. Just got home from a long cold bike ride to papa murphys after being turned away by Liam. Who told me extremely rudely that there system was already shut down and they would not let me in to pay for the order I called in!!!!Fire LIAM!! He is costing you money!!!He turned away 2 others all 10-15 minutes BEFORE 9pm

Employees are rude and argumentative. My order was messed up due to an issue with their online system. I didn't realize until I got home. Since I ride the bus I wasn't able to go back the same day but I called and they said I could come back tomorrow. The next day, I go to try and pick it up and they said no they can't just give me "free pizza" because that was a mistake with the online system.

I would say prices are reasonable, great customer service, clean. The only negative order I did was big Murphy double stuffing, tomatoes, bellpepper are too tiny cuts should be little bit bigger, and olives are too much, its just ruin the taste. Please minimize the amount of olives. Wish there added cheese inside the twisted crust rim.

The food was fine, service was ok. I wasn't greeted when I came in, but the guy after me was! It had been raining like crazy, and I think everyone decided on pizza that day. All 4 of the people I saw working were busy busting out pizzas.Their Chicken Bacon Artichoke on thin crust is my fav...so many flavors that just pop in my mouth! The artichokes are perfect!They traded out their cinnamon wheel for monkey bread....great choice! The monkey bread is small pieces of dough, rolled in a butter/cinnamon/sugar mix, and then baked. Small pieces that are easy to grab and go.
