I got two bagels with my friend. I orderd the BLATT, and she orders the very veggie. We make it clear she wants no tomatoes (she’s very allergic) and I asked for mine toasted. I was watching the girl make them and didn’t see her toast mine and put tomatoes on my friends. When they gave it to us I asked if mine was even toasted and she assured me it was. I only asked because it felt cold but they said the bread is what they warm up so that’s why it felt cold??? I then asked them if the very veggie had no tomatoes like we asked and there was so they remade it and while we waited the other woman gave us two free items which was very kind and appreciated. We got my friends order then left but when we got home which is right down the road my bagel was obviously not toasted and didn’t even have avocado on it?????? They were not even busy at all when we came in. I was very kind but the girl who messed up our order didn’t even seem to care.

I don't feel I can State how much I love seize the bagel. One of my biggest comfort foods is getting a bagel with Lox cream cheese (that's the one with the bits of smoked salmon in it) and my lord do they do it justice here. They pack on that cream cheese like there's no tomorrow!They also have a great variety of bagel flavors as well as other cream cheese flavors. They offer breakfast sandwiches, both pre-selected ingredients options and build your own options. They also offer coffee and juice!Sam, the manager here, is such a sweet human being and I am happy to know her!!!
Great food and coffee but can be crazy busy on weekends and the parking lot is a pain but well worth the trip.

We were looking for a quick breakfast bite and I was excited to find this place. I love bagels and bagel sandwiches. Unfortunately, it fell short. The sandwich ingredients were perfectly fine (got the ham, egg and cheese) but the bagel was super disappointing. They were completely flavorless (I got the cheddar chive and my husband got onion) and the texture was definitely not right.I also got a raspberry white chocolate mocha and it tasted almost watered down with just the barest hint of raspberry.Sadly, just a miss for us and while I'd like to chalk to up to a bad day, it was obvious that the bagels at least, are just like this (at least the way they're cooked/texture).On a positive note, service was good and staff were all friendly.

I like their bagels a lot, but if you get some to go, DON’T have the people behind the counter slice them. For some reason this is a bagel joint that can’t slice bagels in half. They will be thick on one side and sometimes through the bottom in the other side. I’ve been going there for about 4 years and stopped having them sliced. I accidentally forgot yesterday and took them back this morning because they still haven’t learned.

I bought a large number of customized bagels and the order was 100% correct. Everyone loved theirs. (Mine was awesome too). I'll be back. Just writing this, makes me hungry for one of their terrific bagels!
Truly Amazing bagels & bagel sandwiches, drinks/gourmet style of chai, all types of drinks.I haven't got to try everything, but I certainly will do my best too! Today I am having a bagel sandwich & a very Good, Spiced Chai. This Chai is creamy & spiced (cinnamon), my bagel sandwich had avocado, cheddar cheese (maybe next time I will have Swiss to see difference on the flavor), bacon, egg & the bagel itself is an asiago cheese bagel. Very good!!I want to try the jalapeno & cheese bagel sometimes as well, my daughter loves them!Service is excellent..this is our first visit to this location. All others are great as well.

Great spot for a quick bite! The Parmesan and Cheese bagel with egg and cheese was delicious - I asked for avocado, tomato and red onion on mine. It's called The Basic and you can build your own with your choice of bagel and toppings. Great service and the coffee was good.

First time in Great experience! small store but all the employees seemed friendly food was fantastic got the super nova, the cuban, and the reuben and was happy with all 3 would recommend if you go mid day parking lot will likely be pretty full but I'm glad I stopped will be

Had the vege. Fresh crisp veges. Sesame seed bagel was very chewy. Staff was friendly and helpful. Tables were being wiped down between customers.
