They were easy to work with and we got very good food for the money. Veggie tray wasn’t so fresh, but everything else was just perfect. They even worked with our very long and specific allergy list! Would recommend and would hire them again for sure.
I believe the first time we used STC was for an Christmas event in 1998. Tammy, the owner, is an award winning chef and it shows. in the following 24 years they've catered numerous home parties, office events, and my wedding on the Sternwheeler Rose. I haven't cooked myself for Thanksgiving or Christmas Eve for probably 8 years. In fact, my husband just left to pick up our precooked Thanksgiving dinner from STC.
