I have a breakfast panini sandwich and Americana both of which were excellent and served by very friendly staff. I was surprised the size of the breakfast sandwich as it is fairly large, much larger than it appears in the photo. The breakfast also comes with a small side of homemade applesauce. They had a good selection of bakery items as well which I did not try but looked great. I'll definitely be back.
Nice spot for breakfast or lunch. We had very nice service when we visited. They accommodated small menu changes for allergies which was highly appreciated! They have awesome sweet treats, gluten free options and even vegan meals on the menu.

The chocolate espresso brownie was *chefs kiss*. I split it with a friend and it was exactly what we were craving. Sugar and Salt has a ton of vegan and gluten free options, they all looked delicious and I can't wait to come back and try more of their bakery offerings.
