This is a strawberry peach bubble tea. This place is new it's bright and clean. The owner is very nice. The tea was not overly brown sugar on the tapioca pods. You could taste the peaches and strawberries. It was good.

The owner seemed confused. The order was wrong. I usually go upstairs at the bobba place which is good quality... The bobba smoothies were disgusting, little warm and foamy and there was still unblended ice chips left inside the drink too. I felt embarrassed to ask for a refund because we waited about 10-13 minutes for 3 drinks, I'm sure she tried hard to make it. But I felt like my money went down the toilet, we just ended up throwing it away. Will not be returning. I haven't tried anything else. I rather drink a can of soda. I really wanted my money back .. but I guess trying it was a gamble I lost. Anyone who's drank the upstairs bobba tea would be disappointed trying this place. Same price for 60% less quality, and 40% longer wait.

Seriously the best Thai Ice Tea, their tea is not as sweet as most Thai Ice Teas. I love it! :)

I love their boba, their tapioca pearls are the best I've ever had!! Their salad rolls are also so good. It's very clean and cute inside.

Food and employees are awesome Kim is very friendly has the best vibe and customer service. Her staff are very pleasant as well. We will be coming back our new Thai spot. Quality lives here, her ingredients are fresh you can tell in the first bite or sip she stands behind her business.

I got the tofu Salad rolls with peanut sauce. The sauce tasted like milky peanut butter and the salad roll only had one piece of lettuce and a little cilantro with the rice noodles. I only ate 2 bites because it was so weird and unappetizing.

Amazing family owned buisness. Freshest som tam(papaya salad) level 5 spicy is good, creeps up on you. Bahn mi(Vietnamese sandwiches are fresh and delicious, ecspecially the shrimp option. The employees and owner are very sweet and accommodating. My new favorite Thai spot.

The sandwiches and salad rolls are sooo good, I go there a few times a week. Make sure to grab their cake too, it’s one of the best things I’ve ever tasted

My original review of this restaurant and my original creation of this restaurant was deleted for some reason, so I'm afraid this one likely won't be as nicely written.I went into this restaurant about a week after they had opened. They are a brand new Cafe located directly across from the Mexican restaurant in the Vancouver mall. They have a clean atmosphere and a laid-back vibe. I went in for a late lunch and ordered salad rolls and the Thai sandwich (which was basically a Vietnamese banh mi). Both were freshly made, with fresh produce and proteins. The veggies had a nice crunch as well. I appreciated that the salad rolls were freshly wrapped and not tough, not overly chilled like they had been made in the morning and sitting in the fridge.Their menu had a lot of edits to it (things marked out) so I think they are still establishing what they will serve. It seems like more light foods (noodle salads and the like vs heavier dishes). I look forward to trying them again. Also it says they will get boba tea soon as well.

Kind of expensive, prices have definitely gone up,but still good. My biggest complaint is the lack of meat in it $55 you think there would be more! Especially in the combination rice, next to no meat and supposed to be 3 different kinds. one of them being shrimp there was two in the whole dish. Very disappointing. I absolutely expect more at such a hi price!
