We were super disappointed honestly. I ordered a raspberry Italian soda that had zero raspberry flavor or sweetness and was put in a soda cup with whip cream over flowing & dripping down the sides. I sent it back thinking they forgot the syrup but the second one they brought me was not much better and in same condition dripping down the glass. Then the salad we had was fresh but ranch dressing was awful…I believe it had spoiled was extremely sour. I complained and was offered another salad with different dressing and it was okay.I had the chicken fettuccine and it was okay no real flavor and my daughter had the chicken Parmesan and noodles were extremely under cooked. All this for $60!!!! Sorry folks but I don’t recommend this restaurant at all!

Salad was really good. Bread sticks had no flavor and chicken with pasta. Did not have any seasoning and did not taste good. Too expensive for what 4 of us had today for.

Lovely. We were on a round trip when we passed through Walla walla. We found a parking space down town and wandered around. The Walla Walla Pasta Factory has outdoor seating available right away. We enjoyed the food, the service, and the environment.

I was honestly disappointed. I do not usually post negative reviews. However, for the amount of money we were charged it was not worth it. I ordered the spaghetti and meatballs and found a piece of plastic in my food. When I mentioned it to the server he grabbed it with his bare hands and said he didn’t know what it was and it was. There was no offer to take that meal off or even give a discount. I had only eaten about 1/4 of the food. We will not return nor recommend this place to anyone we know.

Eggplant parmeson was deep fried with marinara sauce...no cheese at all. Spaghetti was pretty tasteless. Others in party said fod was "fine."

Noisy crying children, under cooked pasta, flavorless garlic bread, wilted lettuce, no real parmesan, lasagna with cold and hot spots (frozen, yet $24)- this place has it all!

Food took much longer than any normal dining experience in downtown. Atmosphere was crowded and food could have used more seasoning. Also they tracked us down because the manager thought we didn’t pay since she didn’t know how to check their system when we used the QR checkout. Would not recommend, Olive Garden would be better.

We ended up leaving before our entrees came. They were so slow. We waited a good 15 minutes for drinks. 25 for our salads. Our server was sweet but when he came to clear our salads, he grabbed the dirty forks off our salad plates and placed them on the bare table explaining we'd need them for our entrees. WTH?! What kind of place serving 2 courses doesn't supply a dinner fork AND a salad fork? My stomach turned right then and we were out.25+$ for two side salads and a warm beer.Pass. Just pass.

Was in town for work and needed a place to eat at. The name itself had me - a pasta FACTORY. Yum. If I could eat a barrel of fetuchini in one sitting I totally would. Ordered take out since the online site said they closed soon. I ordered pasta with "chicken tenders." For anyone ordering, chicken tenders were baked (maybe boiled actually) chicken strips that was a chicken breast and cut up. It wasn't breaded. Literally just a chicken breast. If you're eating healthy, this is awesome! I wasn't eating healthy, so I wish I had some breaded fatty goodness. The chicken was not seasoned very strongly... so have some salt and pepper on hand. Overall it was okay. Not a "must" try by any means, but it serves its purpose as a meal for the day. The staff are very nice and helpful.
