I was honestly disappointed. I do not usually post negative reviews. However, for the amount of money we were charged it was not worth it. I ordered the spaghetti and meatballs and found a piece of plastic in my food. When I mentioned it to the server he grabbed it with his bare hands and said he didn’t know what it was and it was. There was no offer to take that meal off or even give a discount. I had only eaten about 1/4 of the food. We will not return nor recommend this...read full review
Was in town for work and needed a place to eat at. The name itself had me - a pasta FACTORY. Yum. If I could eat a barrel of fetuchini in one sitting I totally would. Ordered take out since the online site said they closed soon. I ordered pasta with "chicken tenders." For anyone ordering, chicken tenders were baked (maybe boiled actually) chicken strips that was a chicken breast and cut up. It wasn't breaded. Literally just a chicken breast. Lovely. We were on a round trip when we passed through Walla walla. We found a parking space down town and wandered around. The Walla Walla Pasta Factory has outdoor seating available right away. We enjoyed the food, the service, and the environment.
