“I’m not a Sushi guy but I was surprised at how good the other food was. I didn’t order the Sushi but they had plenty of other options to choose from and mine was excellent. You also get plenty of food and I even took some home. I would highly recommend you try Shogun. You’ll be pleased.“

“Greetings: great food, among the best Asian food in Richland, but... do NOT use the order button on the website. I thought it was a "Woo's" website, but apparently, it goes to something call Simple Menu, and the matron of Woo's will likely cancel your order without telling you. I also had a very difficult time communicating with her after the fact. At first, she was down right rude and dismive about it, and I almost had to walk out. Something should change with the website and online ordering process. In the meantime, I'd call. It is really good spicy Teriyaki and Kung Pao.“

“DoorDash dropped the ball on my delivery so I drove to pick it up. When I got there, they were so nice and offered to make it fresh. I felt incredibly appreciated and valued as a customer for that. It’s little things like that which keep me coming back to Teriyaki Grill. But mainly the food is BOMB!“

“BEST TERIYAKI IN TRICITIES! Reminds me of Seattle Teriyaki. The owners are amazing humans who give their best to the food and service they provide.Keep these guys in business! They’re a very unappreciated restaurant. But their reviews speak for themselves. They are worth the drive if you’re not on that side of town.“
