Bread tastes wonderful and there is a lot to choose from. My last trip in the owner was closing for a week and the inventory was low. The owner was wonderful and helped me get what I needed, even though I think it meant she was gonna have to make more for her customers who were ordering ahead. So thankful we have a place like this in Yakima for those people who need gluten free/dairy free bread options.
If you haven't been to the gluten-free bakery and you have celiac or any type of food allergy you are truly missing out. When you walk in the door you're greeted by this lovely woman Jenny Marand she smiles and shares her story and then her fantastic baking capabilities. I stopped by here while in town for work and grabbed some English muffins and an original loaf, and WOW! I have never had better GF English muffins in my life, they truly taste like the real thing. The original loaf is also delicious. Already placing another order. The owner was also so kind and helpful when I stopped by! I'll be coming back here every time I'm in Yakima and I even have my parents hooked on this GF bakery as my mom is GF too!
