Just grab dinner from here tonight and I ordered some onion rings and battered fries and once I got home they were not even cook fully the fries were still semi hard and onion rings are extremely soggy I really do expect good food from here it’s one of my favorites in town and this time around it was just terrible! Burger was also really sloppy to the point where I wasn’t even able to hold onto it without it falling apart. I honestly just threw it all away. One thing I hate is sloppy food.

Better than miners. The food is more than decent, and the burgers are large. Seasonal items like fried asparagus are great. The menu is comprehensive, and the interior is very retro industrial. It takes a minute to get your food, probably because they are making it to order. Beer battered onion rings, fried oysters and fish 'n' chips too. It's good.
Majors has been my go-to burger place in Yakima since they opened many years ago. Their burgers, fries and onion rings are heads and tails above that other "minor" establishment. The burgers are thick and juicy with all the fixins including grilled onions, which I love. There is drive-thru and inside dining with a retro vibe. The restaurant is always clean and employees friendly with customers and co-workers. The menu options go much further than burgers with vegetarian options as well. They have high quality ice cream used for the sweet tooth. Breakfast is offered as well including options for quick pick up on your way to work and more hearty items. There are 2 locations in Yakima.

Tried this place for the first time on my last trip to Yakima to see what the hype was about. The food is pretty average. The double cheeseburger is fine nothing special. The curly fries are good. I wouldn't say you need to go out of your way to come here.
