Not the type to go out and write any kind of review. But tonight was awful. Went through the drive thru and waited at the speaker box to order for about 10 mins. A girl came to take out order and then immediately left to change her battery and then was gone for a while. Asked for honey walnut shrimp in our bigger plate for my Pescatarian wife and I to share, and they gave us chicken instead. Overall, the girl who took out order was very rude and was clearly not paying attention

Dismal Nights

I really don't like being the guy to leave negative reviews. But this low key pissed me off. I place my order at 7:06 p.m. I get told it'll be a 10 minute wait on teriyaki chicken which I say is fine. 10 minutes big deal. I did not get out of there until 7:42 p.m They kept helping people who just showed up or had also been waiting on chicken for a fraction of the time I was there. I get home and obviously the food is cold, I ordered beef and broccoli and there's maybe a couple pieces of broccoli and a few slivers of beef and there's not even any fortune cookies. Really disappointing. The very least they could have done is make me a fresh plate.

Bizarre policy, if they forget to ask if you want something to drink at the speaker, they aren't allowed to add it at the window. You have to go through the drive thru again or come inside.I decided to come inside & speak with the manager & she said yep that's the rule even though the order taker should have suggested, I'm out of luck. She was cold, rude & couldn't care less. If I wanted a beverage I was gonna have to pay her for it, even after the massive inconvenience. She could have apologized and offered me a complimentary beverage and I would have been happy, but she wasn't interested in taking care of her customers in the least. Very disappointed.

Don't go to this location, but if you absolutely must(!), do drive thru. Dine in and mobile orders are ignored until the drive thru is clear, regardless of wait time, so you'll receive priority no matter how many people (or unprepared mobile orders) are already waiting inside. I do believe this is a policy because staff will studiously avoid eye contact with you for the 5 to 30 minutes it takes to work through every car and, if necessary, cook a new entree for them.This can't be a comfortable situation for staff (they're not unfriendly) and it's uncomfortable for me to flag down someone who clearly knows I'm there but pretends I'm not, so I've started saving my Panda trips for when I'm in Union Gap. Plus, their teriyaki chicken is consistently fatty and cold, and they have a 40% missing-fortune-cookie rate that is actually pretty irritating when you've already waited an extra 15 minutes in the restaurant for them to start your mobile order.

Every few months I give this place another try because it doesn’t make sense how one location can be so bad. I’m disappointed every time. Whether it’s half the menu unavailable or slow service, there’s always something up. I just stood in the line for several minutes then left because there was literally no movement. Counted at least 7 employees, only two of whom looked to be doing anything useful. Huge line in the drive through as well. I guess I’ve learned my lesson and won’t be going back.Heed the reviews. The other location is better.

Went there and went through the drive through, I ordered a bigger plate, 2 bowls and 5 chicken egg rolls. I live almost an hour away from this restaurant and when I got home I opened my bag to see the 2 bowls and 8 burnt egg rolls and no bigger plate. I've tried calling them and no answer. This place use to be the best panda express in town but it's gone down hill fast. I will be calling there corporate about this. This is not the first time this has happened.

Ask for orange chicken, gave me possibly old,burnt orange chic. Or something else. Tasted terrible, was rude when I mentioned going to 1st location and sauce was orangish. Had the worst customer service experience of my life and I've dealt with the public for yrs. But what can you expect from some people. Not to mention out of 2 SD. Plate only 1 item was correct that was ordered and no sauce. The other order it was smooshy. Manager even said aren't you embarrassed.Because i was just wondering why my food(im consuming) looked different from location to location. So if you want good panda, I'd seriously head to 1st location and have an enjoyable mean. Not 1 where your questioning your food. Just mine and my daughters experience. Hope yours goes better. Server was a little pushy. My first time in there so I was attempting to ask a few questions about the different dishes. She was very short and never did answer my questions. I ended up asking my friend that was with me who eats there a lot about the dishes. Egg rolls were really dry.Wheelchair accessibility: No problem easy access.

Let me start by saying that is is thanks to Neydit S and her ONLY that made my experience so great I went in at 7:27 pm and from what I could tell she was the only one working of the 10-15 people in store behind counter (exception being drive thru lady) however she ACTUALLY listened to me when I asked for specifics on my order and did it with a smile I asked her if she could go light on veggies and more chicken because I usually get shorted and she said yes BUT THE CATCH IS SHE ACTUALLY DID IT I hope she reads this just so she can know she helped give me and my fiancé a amazing date night Thank you so much!!!!!!!!!

The food at this Panda Express is very inconsistent. An egg roll ordered was cold on the inside while, the broccoli in my broccoli and beef was soggy with no warmth to it. When asked if it could be exchanged for something fresher. The staff was rude and did not present any customer service what so ever. They also had very sticky tables that I had to clean myself and they acted irritated while taking my order. This is now how a restaurant should be managed very shameful.
