The best tamales around - we don't get to the Yakima area often but this is a must if you are looking for great homemade tamales - we, of course, had to get a dozen frozen to take home to attempt to hold us over until next time
I had no idea that Los Hernandez Tamales had a second location. I was really questioning the GPS when it was leading us there but it didn't lead us astray at all. I knew only of the Union Gap location which is not far from the Interstate and just a little south of the Yakima city limits. But this location does indeed have a Yakima address. One of the best tamales I’ve ever had in my life. So moist and tasty. Oh the salsa… You know the salsa is good when it makes you sweat! Don’t think twice before ordering it’s that good!
