I had to wait over 30 min longer that they said on the phone when I called in the order. B/c they were waiting on buscuits. Ok ,so they were fresh. But my fries were cold & hard. My flounder sandwich was loaded, but so sloppy I had to eat it the a fork. Coleslaw was nothing special. So my meal was only so so.Wheelchair accessibility: I was able to park right in front.

I just wanted to give my waitress Jessica a little extra credit. I was there last Tuesday morning with my mom, and Jessica was so sweet and we were well taken care of. Even though she had a party going on and multiple tables, she didn’t make us feel rushed and she was the only one that I saw doing everything! Food was great and hot. Thank you sweetie!

So, the service was fine and that's why the 2*. My son and I went there yesterday hoping for fresh food. Overheard a couple behind us who were served cold chowder. We ordered the 2 shrimp choices and the Walt's shrimp were super salty like way saltier than the sea salt on the fries, unfortunately we both chose those. The shrimp linguini Alfredo had the tail on the shrimp and the sauce was broken and on the bottom was a lot of water. The portions were very small like five shrimp. The only thing that we enjoyed was the biscuits. I used to love Red Lobster for special occasions but we probably won't be going back to this location anytime soon.

Went there tonight. My girlfriend and I got some bloody steaks and had to send it back. The only thing that had any flavor was the lemon slice I had. We literally left most of our food there because it was just disgusting. I was excited for the bacon mac n cheese but it was cold and also had no flavor what so ever. Just a horrible night out when I was trying to splurge a little bit. It's sad to think hamburger helper would have been 100x better

I only had an hour for lunch. The server was polite, professional and understanding. She served our drinks right away, our food was brought out in a timely manner, our salmon salad was delicious, I recommend it!! The restaurant was clean and quiet.

We love Red Lobster and is our go to place for my birthday. Food was not as good as usual. The Alfredo was over buttery and not thick enough. Biscuits were amazing as always, and the service was top notch!Parking: Large parking lot in front.

Steak was over cooked and was not filet migon. 2nd try cooked okay but still not a proper filet mignon. Ordered a Manhattan on the rocks and while it had alcohol in it I have never a a pink Manhattan before.
Was disappointed in the service as I got the curbside pick-up and had to go inside to pick it up. Otherwise the food tasted great. Got the Friday special and the fish is huge! Great portions and they even give you two of their famous biscuits even though it's takeout.

Bad service and bad food for the super price I don't recommend it ? too expensive and not worth it the waitress made a mistake on my bill I ordered some things I didn't bring and she always charged me for them obviously I asked for it to be removed and she always charged me for something she didn't He brought me to my table We had a great time with the people who went but that detail happened ?? and I went 2 times and both times I left dissatisfied and of course the friends who accompanied me are also okay to pay something expensive but you will be satisfied but this place that didn't happen
