Very friendly place and the food was good but not the best I have had but it was worth the try. The only thing that is a big trunk off is the homeless around there. I ordered what I could afford at the time and it was a sopa with adobada meat and everything on it.
The food was fantastic. The salsa matalhada was the right blend of spice and flavor. My beef tacos cooked to the right amount of flavor. And the huarache was much larger than expected and well plated. The owner deserves special mention for how attentive he is as well. Good food, good prices. Highly recommend.

The food here was amazing and the space was low key, even low-rent looking. I walked in and approached the counter to order. The restaurant was sparsely decorated and felt bare. The order window was surrounded by menu items with pictures. The man at the counter proceeded to tell me about all of the specialties that were not on the menu. I had mariscos rancheros.
