These workers at this location always suck no matter what. I ordered a ham and Swiss croissant and they gave me a chocolate croissant and it wasn’t even warmed up.

Ordered iced brewed coffee and enjoyed it while visiting with friends. Left feeling frustrated and confused when it I was not given a refill. I was going to be charged $.54 for the refill…not a big deal. Except I didn’t have $.54. Why does Starbucks state there are free refills on brewed coffee if it’s not free? I love Starbucks and the app, but today I’m highly frustrated with the 40th & Powerhouse shop.

Slow, cafe dirty. simple order, nobody in the cafe. priority is the drive thru. definitely not the person in front of them. literally just ordered a cold brew with cream. nothing else, 15 minutes. and the place was trashed! felt like asking for my $1.00 tip back. Won't be back.

Ordered drink through my app. “Can not make it that way, all the other place made it wrong” however, all the other places in town can and made it perfect …. Extremely rude attitude, and it’s from the manager. She doesn’t want to help customers at all, instead of giving attitude. Very rude.
