“The workers here are amazing, super helpful ?. The superstar of this restaurant is "Elle" with the GREEN and dark hair ponytail. She is so kind, helpful, and always has a big smile! She genuinely cares about her job and providing amazing service! I visit the restaurant at least 3 times a week and have had nothing but positive experiences from all the employees and the quality of the ingredients are much more fresh then other Subways in town. I am a delivery driver and this Subway is the best one in Yakima, by far!! Thank you Elle for going above and beyond, making customers days better! ?“
“Being in the place where it is, this is a pretty convenient place to eat. I have to say that just like with every chain, the atmosphere is pretty standard Subway. The food is pretty much the same as any other Subway, which is to say it's pretty good. I have not had much of a chance to interact with staff, but I don't really have anything to comply about, as the staff has provided me with satisfactory service both times that I have grabbed a sandwich here. Would I eat here again? Probably, if I'm hungry and happen to be shopping here ??♂️“
“I didn't eat here, but my girlfriend did the night before she took the bar exam in Yakima and says it was the best Subway she's ever had. Hasn't stopped talking about it since she got home. I suspect her experience might have been enhanced by some form of psychosis triggered by sleep deprivation and abuse of prescription stimulants, but she still swears by it. She got the steak sub with provolone, mozzarella, garlic aioli and red wine vinegar. She had a panic attack during the exam the next morning, but don't think you can chalk that up to the food. 5 stars.“
“Food was OK. The lettuce was browning I let the employee know and he still put it on my sandwich then refilled the container for the next customer. I told the cashier I got no response literally, she ignored me completely. Yes, I did repeat the complaint, she definitely heard me.“
“Paid for a double meat tuna footlong and got regular meat. At least they honored the coupon, so it was only $11.36 as opposed to $14 or more (ridiculous). The coupon was for a $6.99 FL with double meat costing an extra $3.50. The ingredients are always fresh, which is why they get a 4 rating instead of a 3.Also, the last couple of visits, they have no ice tea available except in the cooler. I can't imagine not making ice tea in the summer, which tells me they're short on help.“
