Pizzeria La Gitana in Yelm is a lovely restaurant for a quiet date night. The wood-fired pizza is the best in the area, the ingredients are fresh. Everyone needs to try this restaurant!
Incredible food! The pizza and the pasta were fabulous. The tiramisu was incredible. The service was timely, helpful and she made recommendations that were great. We will be back!!Dietary restrictions: Options for gluten free pasta

We have come to this place several times and the food is great! The pizza is really good (tried their version of Hawaiian, mushroom, and others! The pizzas are thin crust (saw other reviewers complaining about this) if that matters to you and the flavor is great but they might not be as filling given that there is less dough!
