“Wow!! I am so glad that with all of the bakery’s we sampled that we went with simple Simon!! We were able to do everything so seamlessly with Dawn she really made our day special!! The only regret I have is not ordering more desserts!! They were phenomenal!! We did a cutting cake with cupcakes and cheesecakes for the guests for our wedding and everyone loved them!! They were gone before I could blink! Dawn is amazing to work with and was so flexible with everything and the display of desserts was so professional and beautiful and I had no problems what so ever it was perfect from start to finish!! Thank you Dawn for everything you do and we will certainly be using and recommending you for future events!!“

“The employees always seem to be happy to be there and are always super kind and patient. The only complaint I have is that they have had a huge pothole in the parking lots for years, and instead of fixing it, now a traffic cone just sits there.That's not a reflection of my thoughts on service whatsoever, but I do think it is a reflection on ownership's priorities. I think smoothing that out could really increase the overall atmosphere/drive thru experience.“

This location in Appleton Wisconsin is wonderful and exceptional customer service. I’ve been coming here regularly early mornings to get my Dunkin. food isn’t that bad and the drink is phenomenal.
