The employees always seem to be happy to be there and are always super kind and patient. The only complaint I have is that they have had a huge pothole in the parking lots for years, and instead of fixing it, now a traffic cone just sits there.That's not a reflection of my thoughts on service whatsoever, but I do think it is a reflection on ownership's priorities. I think smoothing that out could really increase the overall atmosphere/drive thru experience.
The parking lot is horrendous because it's next ro Starbucks, thankfully it's a little less bad because it's on the end so there's a little more room. The service depends on who is there. The last time we went rhe doughnuts were dry ?♀️

Extremely fast and friendly service, I’m from North Carolina but this is still the best Dunkin I’ve ever been to :D Also love the cute skeleton they have in the drive thru lol, makes my mornings
