Recently tried their dunkin spiked iced coffee, was the worst ever. Tried calling the number only with no help. Suggest they just stick to their over priced donuts

The employees always seem to be happy to be there and are always super kind and patient. The only complaint I have is that they have had a huge pothole in the parking lots for years, and instead of fixing it, now a traffic cone just sits there.That's not a reflection of my thoughts on service whatsoever, but I do think it is a reflection on ownership's priorities. I think smoothing that out could really increase the overall atmosphere/drive thru experience.

Prices have gotten out of control now there charging for pup cups. I was told I'm not allowed to smoke in my truck when going through there drive though. See ya dunkin!!!!

Drive thru only, cannot speak to atmosphere. That being said it's a Dunkin probably just the same as every other one.
The parking lot is horrendous because it's next ro Starbucks, thankfully it's a little less bad because it's on the end so there's a little more room. The service depends on who is there. The last time we went rhe doughnuts were dry ?♀️
Jeb and his team make up my favorite Dunkin here in the valley. They are always so warm and kind beyond what is called for by standard customer service.

Service is fine, but what I don't understand is every single time I do a mobile order, I get stuff like this. For example, this time I have fingerprints in the frosting and a super hard end of a donut. The donut literally looks like a donut that should be rejected for quality. That end literally....what happened?? Why would you think this is ok?

I'm not sure what you call that but it was an absolute disaster. Looks slapped together and unappealing.It was bland. To put this in perspective - Kwik Trip sandwiches are superior and they're still not as dry as this thing was after sitting in a warmer for 4+ hours. ? Coffee was at least good.

Mascot sitting empty in public setting, cluttered service counter... trainer talking to trainee not paying much attention to us. However, we were quite not their fault entirely. But they were polite, and the drinks and donuts were fresh and good, so overall, good enough experience to return.Parking: Parking close to drive thru line that can back up. But they're fast, so not really a mega issue.
