I wasn't impressed at all with the food, it was enough to fill you up. The clerk wasn't someone who should be in the customer service field. I do like the notion of supporting firefighters which I did contribute to.
I had also gone to one in Green Bay a day or two earlier. That one I didn't check my to go order til I got home only to find out I didn't have half my order. This one on Calumet in Darboy/Appleton area I checked my to go order before I left and all was well. Good food, friendly staff, quick service. In an out in about 10-15 min. I didn't call ahead.

Food was excellent and atmosphere is great. We love the soda machine that has the crazy assortment of flavors. We did have a small hiccup trying to use an emailed coupon. They were saying we had to print it even though it said we could just show the cashier. We got it figured out though and were able to use it.
