We ordered the small BLT. I ordered with cheese and didn't get cheese. Also the small sub for $12.00 was literally 4 bites. The taste was ok, but didn't get what I ordered and what I did receive was not worth the money.

I ordered food for my son and I through grubhub. When the order arrived I noticed two of our items were not with the order. When I called they said that they sent the items with the driver, (which I did not believe) and then asked if I wanted to come get the items, I said no, hence why I ordered for delivery in the first place.

Cashier Rocky shouldn't be allowed to talk to customers. He couldn't be bothered to add condiments to the sandwiches and rushed the order taking to the point of rudeness without it being at all busy at that time. Is he the manager?!? The attitude of all the employees seemed like he was horrible to work with. Value for the money is also poor, $25 for a sandwich and a combo is excessive. The volume of filling in my sandwich was 1/2 of what I've received at other Firehouse locations. Love Firehouse . . .but this one sucks! ALSO: I noticed a picture someone else posted that they pull the iced tea before closing time. When I was there in the middle of the day it was the same, cheap and/or lazy.Vegetarian options: The only vegetarian sandwich is never on the menu, you have to ask for a hot veggie sandwich. It does have cheese.
Food was excellent and atmosphere is great. We love the soda machine that has the crazy assortment of flavors. We did have a small hiccup trying to use an emailed coupon. They were saying we had to print it even though it said we could just show the cashier. We got it figured out though and were able to use it.

Ope you thought, I was super excited about the pork sandwiches we ordered the other day but sadly they we a big miss tbh. We even got extra meat however extra meat must have been the signal to hold the sauce and coleslaw which would have brought out the flavor of the sandwich. Also the options for sides at least through GrubHub were extremely subpar in comparison to the extremely pricey sandwich assortment. Although delivered earlier than expected our food still managed to be cold . All in all I was exceptionally disappointed in the food we so looked forward to and I don't think we will be ordering anything else from here.Vegetarian options: There isn't any vegetarian options from what I saw and even though I recommend the side salad I never had it but I'm sure it's the only item worth the money
