Came here 15 minutes early for my catering order to sit down and eat and pay for it. They threw a fit because it wasn't supposed to be ready for another 15 minutes and told me he was working on it when I clearly said I was going to sit down, eat, and wait for it. Not sure what the guy's name is but it was incredibly unprofessional. This was very upsetting as I was bringing the order in for a friend who was admitted to the ICU on a breathing tube. You never really know what someone is going through, please be more kind.

The food was fine. However, there should be some sort of a notification when placing a delivery order on how long it will take. Especially if you are busy. I ordered a sandwich to be delivered to my work, which was maybe 7 minutes away, and my order arrived 51 minutes later. I called 30 minutes before my order arrived and asked about how long it would take. I was told they just left and should be there soon.

With all the construction I just simply gave up trying to get to your place. It's impossible to drive there

the food is perfectly fine, I really like Jimmy John's. but the person that took my order had major attitude. I get that everyone can have a bad day, but it really didn't make me feel welcome at all.

Ordered 2 sandwiches online for lunch for a co worker and i. Very disappointed, my unwhich was not correct and the other sub had little metal shavings from sitting on a pan. I will think twice before ordering from this location again. Not worth the price
