I tend to be a positive reviewer. However after dealing with this location over the years I give up. More often than not I am missing items, usually sauces, from my order. I know sauces are a small thing but at 0.50 a peice and I do love my sauces it is extraordinarily aggravating to not get what I order. Also now they apparently 'partner' with Doordash for delivery which is a system I do not in any way support but is not something I have a choice on now. I'm really bummed. I like the pizza but when I spend $65 on two pizzas, a cheesesticks, and sauces, I EXPECT IT TO COME CORRECT.

I was extremely disappointed we popped into the store to order a pizza. We stood there at least 4 to 5 minutes being ignored. Then finally one of the workers comes up and in a snotty voice proceeds to say it are you here to order a pizza I said yes, she said, wow it’s gonna be at least a 45 minute wait you should’ve ordered online and stood and looked at me like I was an idiot I haven’t had Papa John’s in years. I thought I’d give them a try her attitude pretty much just marked them permanently Off my list of places to order I am the customer I was treating her with respect and she treated me like dirt. I am right you’re the worker.
Upon entering for a pick up order not a single one of the 6 employees working could greet or acknowledge me. I stood there for 5 minutes and observed an employee, tall blonde with a beanie in a black hoodie make eye contact multiple times. She's touched her face more than once and her hair while continuing to go back to making food without washing her hands. If it wasn't for a grub hub driver piping up and demanding that one of the many employees help us they would have continued to ignore us. I get they can get busy but understaffed is not an excuse in this case. Specially when the employee who did come to the register played dumb by acting surprised that we haven't been helped when he stood 2 feet away and seen the entire time nobody had come to the counter. Pathetic experience and excuse for customer service as well as food safety and general hygienic practices. I'd go elsewhere.

Ordered pizza at 5:18 on a Sunday night Order was placed at a call center in India Said 30 min delivery,At 1 hour we checked in via phone We hit the telephone prompt That was to talk to the manager.Instead we got a store associate.We asked to talk to manager put us on hold for 10 minutes without getting back to us,We hung up and called backAsked to talk with manager We finally got rhe. Woman manager.She said it's Sunday evening, and we're very busy, was very rude. So the pizza came about 10 minutes later after we hung up on the manager from DoorDash .The problem I have with it is the fact that Papa John's is not disclosing that they're using a third-party delivery company we would've went and picked it up if we knew that because I know how slow DoorDash is The manager did not understand customer service. We will not order another Papa John's Pizza. Good luck. I can see why you have a one and a half star rating.

Pepperoni stuff crust pizza you guys!!! Unbelievable! I had onions and peppers and more pepperoni! Perfectly cooked. Was absolutely amazing. No MSG either.

Poor management and absolute worst customer service. I've tried 3 times giving benefit of doubt but each time it takes over 2 hours for a single large pizza. Papa John's is a good company and good food, but this location needs shut down or bought out by a new owner.

Ordered one pizza at 6:03pm for carryout. Arrived to pick it up at 6:50 as the estimated wait time was 45 minutes. Paid in full and waited. During the wait the register worker just stormed out of the store, slamming the door on the way out and I was left waiting. At 7:29 I was finally asked about my wait and they found my now half hour old pizza has been sitting, boxed and waiting the whole time. Without a word I was handed the pizza and walked away from. Then upon reaching home I lifed the lid of my cold pizza to find it was not the pizza I ordered. Wrong size, topping, and no garlic sauce I paid extra for. I would avoid this establishment at all costs or they could steal your money as well.
