The last time I went after placing an online order and waited another 30 minutes past my ready by time. This time I went and they called me to tell me they were low on bread as I’m walking in the door. The only response I got was we can void your order and you can try a different subway. How do you run out of bread at 1pm?? This location needs some serious help…

Normally this place is good. But today they earned negative stars from me. I placed an online order, I walked in and they said it would be a little late. 30 minutes later I finally get my food.... and the orders not even right. I waited 50 minutes after putting my order in, 30 minutes in the store as they took orders from people that kept walking in. I placed my order 40 minutes before some of these people got there and Subway let me know I mean jack squat to them. I like subway, but this place doesn't like me. I'll go to a different location next time, this place doesn't deserve business.

Love this Subway. Staff is friendly and I am always happy with my sandwich. I have been going here for nearly 8 years. Good spot.
The male manager on duty during the morning of 11/20/22 is extremely rude and unprofessional. They missed one sandwich on our online pick up order which happens, but when we call to have it fixed he was completely dismissive and said “mkay” over and over without actually apologizing or even trying to help resolve the issue. When coming back to pick up the missing item he hid in back and had a younger employee actually help us instead of handling the situation like a professional would.

Sign on the door says closes at 7. My husband just got done with work. Went in to grab subs for us and the door was locked up and shut down at 6:50. How does anyone afford to literally NOT work!! I dont get it.
