The staff is always extraordinarily friendly and outgoing. You rarely see this sort of service anywhere nowadays. Our kids love it and it's better than supporting the chains.
Have been eating Tom's since I was a kid, and I'm 60 now. This location has THE best. Food is hot EVERY time, unlike the Little Chute location, which it is never hot at all and always messed up as well. I have 2 locations closer to me, each within 5-7 min, but I will drive the 20 min to the Westhill Blvd location because I know my meal will be hot, as it should be. My wife got a grilled chix sandwich on a GF bun, it was a completely different experience from 1 she got on fri. Bun was dry and fell apart when she took a bit. We hope, the GF food offerings improve, and expand.
