My wife got a grilled chix sandwich on a GF bun, it was a completely different experience from 1 she got on fri. Bun was dry and fell apart when she took a bit. We hope, the GF food offerings improve, and expand.

Have been eating Tom's since I was a kid, and I'm 60 now. This location has THE best. Food is hot EVERY time, unlike the Little Chute location, which it is never hot at all and always messed up as well. I have 2 locations closer to me, each within 5-7 min, but I will drive the 20 min to the Westhill Blvd location because I know my meal will be hot, as it should be. Fries & cheese curds are done just right, never overdone. Right amount of toppings on burgers, unlike other locations that slop on so much, it's running out everywhere.

Stopped at this location a few weeks ago to get a quick bite to eat before heading up to the Packer game. The burgers and fries were made fresh for us. The large fry was plenty for 2 people. Everything tasted incredible. The inside of the restaurant had a fun carnival theme. We had great a experience. I've been back twice since and it's been the same thing - awesome service with delicious, hot food. It also feels good to be supporting a local chain.P.s. the eggnog shakes are great for driving around and looking at Christmas lights
We travel to Appleton for groceries and always stop at Tom's for lunch. We look forward to it every time.Wheelchair accessibility: My wheelchair would be easy to use at Tom's.

We had ordered 4 flavored cones online which says it'll be served in a cup. I would assume if it's an ice cream cone in a cup, it's just flipped in the cup with the cone. We didn't get the cones so we asked for them. They only put like an inch of ice cream in the cup so when we scooped it into the cone, it barely went above the cone. It was literally like 4 bites of ice cream. Not worth the money at all. I had filled out the form on the website about our disappointing experience. No response. Filled it out 2 more times, no response. I messaged them on Facebook, they'd respond, but instead of trying to fix their mistakes, they just kept going around in circles with questions. I finally asked if I could get reimbursed or some free ice cream coupons, gave them my address and yet nothing. They had so many opportunities to make this right and haven't.

The last 3 times we tried to eat at Sheboygan location we walked in amd it smelled like sewer. Needless to say, we turned around and walked right back out. Really a shame because the food is delicious.
