I work nearby and frequent JJ. I would definitely visit more if they figured out what they were doing. Today I visited, and there were 3 orders ahead of me. I waited over 10 minutes for my order. Three employees behind the counter, only one appeared to be doing anything. On top of this, I found a string of plastic in my sub. I don't like to rag on businesses, particularly when everyone is short-staffed, but JJ's has been like this for months.
I'm blown away by all the bad reviews. I walked in and was greeted with a smile. I've been to poorly ran Jimmy John's and this one is just understaffed. They were one of the fastest I've ever been to. Our order was accurate but we don't ask for any changes to regular menu. They were out of turkey but no big deal other options are way better. Provide your location with more staff and you'll see the positive reviews go up.

Not sure where these bad reviews are coming from?… I regularly come here to get sandwiches with my mom and they’re always fresh and tasty! Alex is my favorite person there. She remembers us and is always so kind and welcoming.
