Terrible Jimmy John’s. They were out of little John’s and refused to help us with our kids and do half sandwiches. The person helping us was incredibly rude and unkind! Drove out of our way to another location - refused to pay $39 for four sandwiches and rude and terrible customer service.

Hands down by a mile, the worst Jimmy John's that I've ever been to. If it had been my first visit, I would never try Jimmy John's, again. Bread was over baked, hard, and dry. I'm wondering if it was day old bread or just sat on the counter all day, drying out? Sad because the bread is usually the best part. I ordered the Tom Turkey and there was next to no Mayo, on a giant sandwich, there was a single thickness layer of turkey, a little tomato, and a small amount of lettuce. It was not worth $16... not even $5. I will never return to this location. Total rip off.

As someone that eats JJ about twice a week, I feel I’m somewhat an expert on their sandwiches. Today we ordered 4 sandwiches from the JJ by Kalahari. 3 of the 4 sandwiches had no mayo and/or guacamole and were dry as the Sahara desert. This is the same place that last year had a sign on the door saying - “no turkey”.Save yourself the aggravation and disappointment…find another location or pick a different establishment to eat.

Not sure where these bad reviews are coming from?… I regularly come here to get sandwiches with my mom and they’re always fresh and tasty! Alex is my favorite person there. She remembers us and is always so kind and welcoming.
Never has a delivery driver. Not sure why they're even open.

I work nearby and frequent JJ. I would definitely visit more if they figured out what they were doing. Today I visited, and there were 3 orders ahead of me. I waited over 10 minutes for my order. Three employees behind the counter, only one appeared to be doing anything. On top of this, I found a string of plastic in my sub. I don't like to rag on businesses, particularly when everyone is short-staffed, but JJ's has been like this for months.

Ordered online and waited over 30 mins to find out they ran out of bread and it's only 11:45am. Would not recommend this location. Dont waste your time, this place is freaky slow! Would give 0 stars if I could..

Don't go to this Jimmy John's, it's the worst ran one I've seen. I gave them three tries, all three times were bad. Try 1 they turned away a guy looking for a job and then proceeded to turn away customers because they were understaffed. Try 2 I went in thinking at was closed because all the chairs were up 45 minutes before they actually close just to go in and have them tell me they are out of cheese and almost all meats. Try 3 I went in to wait in line for 15 minutes just to find out they're out of normal bread. I've personally worked at Jimmy John's and none of this should've ever happened, they have things in place to prevent things like this. It's pretty embarrassing to be honest, when 3 16 year old can run a store better then 4 adults.

I will give less stars if I could. I placed an online order for 12 sandwiches. After taking my money, I received a call from the store and was told I have to place a catering order which takes 24 hours. Upon visiting the store that same night there was no customers and they still refused to complete my order. I have worked for a Jimmy John’s in the past and we would be thrilled to fill a 12 sandwich order. Ridiculous. I’ll never go back to the Jimmy John’s in Wisconsin Dells.
