We placed an order while visiting for a gymnastics meet. I just received a call from manager Carly apologizing for the delay and offering a credit for the inconvenience. Wow! I honestly didn’t even think it was taking too long? Just assumed 30-45min was normal for a delivery. Either way, the communication and customer service was excellent!!
So recently I ordered from doordash and I never got my sandwich and I went and told them about it and they gave me a new one for free and a few mega chips five stars Thank you so much guys
