Just moved to the area from AZ and our Tuesday’s are now booked indefinitely! Love the owner (Donny) and the kindness and humor he shows everyone, young, old, friend, or newcomer!!!“

“It's a blink-you-miss-it town dive bar. Which isn't a bad thing! Everybody knows everybody, the owner works with his employees, and it just exudes that "grab a seat and stay a while" vibe. Our waitress was a bit... short with us, and I would give five stars if the food was a little better quality. Nothing to really complain about, but nothing to write home to your mama about, either. A good joint for a bite and a beer if you're driving through on 61. ?“

“Stopped here with my girlfriend for some drinks and darts and we had a great time. Drinks had a good pour and our bartender Ricole was very friendly! They have a nice smoke deck out back also. Atmosphere was laid back and welcoming. Would definitely recommend if you are in the area!“

“Definitely an overlooked, hidden gem right on the river.Stopped in for a few drinks here one night during the week(Tues) with a few out of town guests, nice & mellow atmosphere...beautiful outdoor seating area...service was great...only complaints were it closed very early(11pm) and there was no music playing outside...I understand some like the quiet peaceful ambience of the river but wouldve been nice to have the option...I guess it's just a mood thing and just a personal preference. Other than that no real complaints, prices were best we found that whole evening and we had been to several bars, drinks were cold, service was very friendly and the outdoor option was comfy, clean and pretty damn fabulous, right on the river too! Would definitely recommend checking them out for at least a drink or three if in the area.Enjoy this lil hidden gem. ?“

“Kellys Tap House is a gem of a place to go for you meals for sure. Wait Staff was very knowledgeable with their menu,and were,super friendly. Amazing meal of baked Haddock with grilled vegetable medley was also the best I've had ever! Wish I lived closer instead of 140 miles away. But I will be back next year!??“

“Come see the harbor live music events djs. There's always somthing new Going on at the harbor and if you stay real late all the fun adults are at the boat landing hanging at the bonfire, fishing anything lots of fun people who love meeting people. Don't worry if you are shy they will take care of that were all fun chatty friendly crazy group of people after 10 pm 25-50 years young party time honestly anyone over 25 is fine“

“My husband wanted fish fry on the last Friday of the official Lenten season. We decided to try out the Bierstube for the first time, and I'm glad we did!The parking lot is pretty spacious, so no battling for a spot like you might need to in downtown. The bowling alley is in a separate part of the building; we couldn't see hear any sounds from there in the restaurant. We seated ourselves, as a sign advised, and were quickly brought menus. Service remained pretty good throughout our visit.We both had drinks. My husband enjoyed the Bierstube Red, while I had a bottle of Angry Orchard cider. Our cheese curd appetizer was delicious, the curds hot and squeaky with a nice layer of breading.For my main dish, I had the grilled cheese on pumpernickel along with the standard seasoned potato chips. Everything was really good--the sandwich had a great amount of cheese with a good, stringy pull. My husband LOVED the all you can eat fish fry. He declared it to be his favorite out of the local restaurants we've tried. His fries were great, too. After finishing off the main plate, he could request more fish from our server, and she'd bring out a piece at a time on a saucer.I was in an indulgent mood, so we had dessert, too--the apple strudel. It was really good, the strudel piping-hot all the way through, served alongside a big scoop of ice cream. A caramel drizzle added the perfect final touch.We'll definitely be back here, and probably on Fridays!“
