Was a favorite. Not even close now. Ordered 2 pizzas, mozzarella sticks, and garlic bread. Both were supposed to be thin crust. One was supposed to be 1/2 cheese & sausage and 1/2 cheese & pepperoni. The other one is a Deluxe. We ordered at 2:25 for a pickup at 5:00. It wasn't ready at 5:00. We got it home and the 1/2 -1/2 was screwed up. Got 1/2 cheese and the other half cheese sausage and pepperoni. The mozzarella sticks were undercooked also. We used to have great food years ago. It is a good tasting pizza. They still make it taste good. Otherwise not even a one star rating. The staff looked like a bunch of kids. Cooks had long hair but no hair nets. Many strikes against this place now. We won't be back. I really hope the owners realize what is going on at this location and fix it.

The staff was attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, and genuinely passionate about delivering an outstanding dining experience.
Had called several days in advance for a full pan of lasagna and 4 pizzas for a family Christmas party. Pickup was at 11:30 on a Sunday. The food was ready as promised. The lasagna was fantastic! Everyone raved about the lasagna and the pizza. Outstanding service and I highly recommend the lasagna if you get a chance. Thank you!

Crossroads Pizza has gotten bad and their service has gotten even worse I went in to pick up a pizza was told it'll be up in a minute after they made me wait about 10 minutes they took the pizza off the top of the oven already in the Box and gave it to me I asked why I had to wait while you guys watch TV and they just quoted the price rudely and I asked again why did I have to wait while you watch television and they yelled at me pay or get out. 5 years laterJust had the opportunity to have another crossroads pizza not by choice I was outvoted congratulations you have 6 more people that will never go back to crossroads

This has been our go to pizza place for at least a decade. Not sure if it's because of new ownership or the economy, but now they are charging 3% extra for credit cards. I understand that but it would be nice if establishments would put a sign up or something so that the consumer knows before purchase. The pizza is really good - I would bring cash though. Just a heads up.
