“We had a buffet lunch at Bullwinkle’s May 2, 2025, to celebrate my wife’s life. There were about 60 guests. Everything was excellent! It was more than expected. The food choices were great and the meal was outstanding. Management and staff treated us like members of their own families. They were not intrusive or hovering and provided loving care for this special occasion. They even allowed us to bring specialty desserts, for which they provided plates, utensils and carry-out containers. It was very reasonably priced. I was so impressed that I am posting this on several websites. In addition to all the superlatives above, I would rate them 5 out of 5 stars – higher! Did I say exemplary? Most highly recommended. “Birthday dinner for my 8YO daughter. Shout out to the entire staff at Wonita Sushi Seafood and Bar. They were super patient with the kids, waiter was awesome and even brought an extra dessert after simply noticing my daughter looking with envy at her brothers choice. Then waiting for the bill, the host (manager/owner?) noticed the kids eyeballing the lobster tank and he pulled up a stool for them to get a better look. He explained to the kids the growth rate of lobsters and we explained it was my daughters birthday dinner. Walking to the car, he chased us into the parking lot and gave her a special birthday stuffed animal. I honestly don’t think I’ve ever been this impressed with service. Especially as it was just another day to them, we didn’t mention the bday until leaving. We had planned a different place that is closed on Mondays. Glad we tried Wonita. They left a very favorable impression on both kids and they both said they want all future birthdays at Wonita!!”

“1st time dining here. Had Imperial Cod,Plank Salmon and Sirloin with shrimp. Great plate presentation , excellent food taste and price. Our server Precious P. was best server we have had in along time. She was very attentive and knew the menu when asked about certain items. Will recommend to all.”

“I’ve literally never experienced anything like this - ever. I didn’t know how to order, what to order, why I had 3 different sized forks. LOL. Cheng Xae & his staff (name dropping Taylor! Our waitress!) were so kind, so knowledgeable & ready to answer any questions we had with no judgment. Our waitress was THAT girl. I felt like I was at work with her in the best way possible. I literally did a lil dance after every single bite. 10/10 Experience, 5 stars. There’s a first time for everything. I’m so thankful & lucky that Flemming’s was our first lil fancy date experience. “I went with some friends that came from out of town we got there around 7pm on a Friday we waited about 30 minutes to get our drinks and 15 minutes to even get waited on. They were understaffed which I figured for a Friday it would be better staffed my coffee was old so I asked for a fresh cup waited for it and it was horrible taste like it was old or the coffee machine needs to bed cleaned,our blooming onion was kinda burned the best thing I enjoyed”

We mentioned this to our server and he took care of it immediately and gave us complimentary dessert for the inconvenience which we did not expect. That was a very nice gesture. “I said I’d never eat sushi until I tried it for the first time at Katsuya in Studio City. I fell in love with the crispy rice tuna tartare 😋🍱 Until I had it at Wasabi!!! Things will never be the same. No restaurant can make it better!!! The Cali Crunch roll is a close second. This is hands down THE ONLY place I will eat sushi. The staff is amazing and we love to celebrate special occasions here🫶🏼🎊”

He is the best server I have experienced in a long time. we never once had to flag him down to refill our soda. If we blinked we would miss him putting a fresh basket of bread out for us. The shop includes a gallery area with unique handmade items created by local artists. Another area is set up as a boutique with women’s clothing, handmade from a several countries purchase through fair trade, a shoe line and many accessories and jewelry. All handmade, artistic and cultural in fashion. And of course the upper level is layed out with vintage, re-purpose an upcycled items mixed with vintage and current artwork. They have classics such as vanilla, chocolate etc but also flavor burst ice cream as well. If you enjoy dipped cones Lee's is for you. They offer chocolate, twinkle, sprinkle, butterscotch and cherry. They offer shakes and sundaes. There are seasonal offerings as well. Lee's is a great summer treat stop with the family or solo. It does offer some seating inside and outside.”

As a native New Yorker, I don't say this lightly — this pizza absolutely rocked and delivered on every level

Im originally from the area and was visiting family and wanted to treat everyone to pizza, and this place exceeded expectations. The crust had that perfect balance of crispy and chewy, the sauce was well-balanced, and the cheese-to-topping ratio was spot on.

Special shout out to EILEEN, who handled our delivery. It was dinner rush hour, always a chaotic time for any pizza place, and I had a specific time window I needed the pizza to arrive for our gathering. She took the time to make sure it showed up exactly when I needed it, hot and fresh, despite what I'm sure was a packed delivery schedule. That kind of care and attention during the busiest part of the night doesn't go unnoticed — it's the difference between a good experience and a great one.

Between the quality of the pizza and the outstanding service, this is now my go-to when Im back in town and highly recommend it for anyone in the area.”

I was touched by the response from the general manager who quickly reassured me, insisted I not worry about the spill, and even provided me with a brand new drink.
