It was an okay experience at Bravo Restaurant. Service: 5/5 Ambiance: 3/5 Food: 3/5 Overall, it was a mediocre experience as the service was great, but the ambiance and food were just so-so. The food was overall a bit bland, and the ambiance can be dingy as it seems like an older establishment that wasn't kept very well.

Our attempt to dine at Bravo! Italian Kitchen on a weeknight left much to be desired. Although we were seated promptly, we waited for 20 minutes without any acknowledgment, water, or greeting from the staff. Disappointed by the lack of service, we decided to leave. Even a busboy expressed his apologies as we departed. Adding insult to injury, we observed two servers greeting the table behind us, who had been waiting even longer. This experience was disappointing and left us hesitant to return in the future.

I'll start off by saying the food was very delicious. The serving of shrimp Alfredo left my husband still hungry. My mother paid $14 for a Manhattan drink from the bar... Way overpriced! In my opinion, the food was overpriced for the amount of food you got. If you wanted Even a garden salad, you had to pay extra for it and that wasn't cheap either

Some friends & I went there this evening to see some NCAA basketball at the bar and have some apps/drinks. But they have no tvs turned on and said they have discontinued having a tv package. I do realize this is an Italian restaurant. But at the bar they have tvs, but they are all black. So we left and went to a bar close by and enjoyed ourselves. Whoever made that decision does not understand the Milwaukee sports mantellity/bar experience. Disappointed.

Extremely unpleasant experience. My dinning companion and I arrived around 6:30 on a Friday. We were greeted promptly and seated quickly. Unfortunately, that was the highlight of our dining experience. We ordered a glass of wine, an unsweetened iced tea, lasagna, and eggplant Parmesan. When the drinks arrived, so did the fruit flies. We spent the entire meal batting them away from our food. The iced tea was very murky and tasted “off”. Both of the entrees arrived cold, as if they had been sitting out for a while under a warming light. The herb linguine which accompanied the eggplant, was overcooked and mushy. The lasagna was an inconsistent mess with a poor distribution of the tomato sauce, cheese, and meat. We left the majority of both entrees uneaten. Spending eighty dollars on cold food and mushy pasta, while fighting off fruit flies, is not an experience I am eager to repeat. Save your money and eat somewhere else.

We've been long time lovers of the value and service here - especially the staff, wedding soup and quality pasta. Since Covid, quality has slipped just a tad, and prices are up. We would humbly suggest a little less salt in the soup, a little more sauce back on the plate and a little more attention to fresh produce. We love it here - and offer these suggestions because we do care about your success too!!! Stay awesome!

How disappointing that my son's 21st Bday was not acknowledged. I specified the reason for our celebration in the reservation, and also mentioned it to the server. We had a party of 4 with several appetizers and drinks. The bill totaled over $150 without tip. How sad to not serve a complimentary dessert to honor a milestone birthday. The food was just average. My husband orderd the spaghetti and meatballs, the meatballs were lukewarm. The chicken alfredo hardly had any alfredo sauce. My iced tea refill had zero ice. Salads/soups are at an additional cost. The prices charged are that of a fine dining establishment. However, on my way to the bathroom, I noticed a booth without any seats, just the exposed wooden frame. Our booth cushions sunk so low, that my husband had to pull me up out of the booth. I won't be back, there are better Italian restaurants that serve hot food, don't have broken down seating, and acknowledge their patrons celebrations.

Staff are friendly. Cocktails were made too strong. During our meal, there were fruit flies joining our table.

Their food was absolutely wonderful..I had Chicken Caprese.. it was enough for two days and it was absolutely delicious. He had lobster and Shrimp Fettuccine which he just loved. Creamy and delish.Their Cheesecake is the best I've ever had... It's light and smooth. They served a wonderful Italian side salad which is unlike I've ever had and it was tapped with feta cheese.. I ate every bit...The disappointing part is the server... He never once cracked a smile... No conversation at all..... Forgot to bring the bread service and didn't come back in time for me to tell him till the end of the salad.... Brought coffee without any type of sugar and didn't come back until I was almost finished with my dessert at which point he said he would get some, but by then it was too late... The food was astronomical but the service not so good.

We walked into Bravo without reservations on a Saturday night. We were enthusiastically welcomed to sit at a table in the bar area due to no open tables in the restaurant. We had excellent service by the bartender, Rosa. She was fast, attentive and very friendly. Food was delicious, service impeccable. Our experience at this Bravo could not have been more enjoyable. What was a last minute decision for my husband and I turned out to be a fantastic dining experience!

I had eggplant parmesan, husband had chicken Alfredo and Spinach artichoke dip for appetizer, everything was excellent. To top off our anniversary dinner, they treated us to Tiramisu, so yummy and kind of them!
