Was just there a week ago and we were given the wrong order. We got home to find out we were given food that we did not ordered and was charged twice what we should have. Being trying to get a refund from these people for their incompetence. Very disappointing. All you want to offer is a free entre when I got food I couldn't even eat. Ridiculous just give me a refund and call it a day. Poor customer service

We were greatly disappointed in this chipotle location. The Rice was crunchy and undercooked. The beans looked dried out, and the meat looked like it had been sitting for far too long. When we went to get a table, all of the tables had food residue on them that had not been cleaned off. The floor had food all over it and needed to be swept. I could understand if they were super busy and didn’t have time or were short staffed to clean up, but the staff was standing around, giggling and talking, and didn’t even seem to notice how filthy this place was. we will never return to this location!

Went into this establishment tonight around 7:45 PM and they were already cleaning and what appeared to be closing up shop. They were out of white rice and the steak was dark grey in color. I got the brown rice that ended up being crunchy. I would avoid this chipotle like the

Just got home to find out my "large" queso was literally only filled half way. They filled it while I way paying so I didn't notice. I am incredibly disappointed considering they charge almost $8.

This has gone down hill since my last visit. They don't give you enough meat, it's all rice and beans. The price is too high, it's not the same as a couple years ago.
