My grandma and I grabbed dinner before heading to a show. First off Lou Malnati's was very accommodating she has a walker so without even asking they changed our original table they were planning on sitting us at and put us at a booth, removing a chair from the table so she could park her walker. The salad notes on the menu it is enough for 2-3 people and it is! Lou Malnati's is a favorite for deep dish pizza but last night we tried the pasta. We had made a reservation for 6pm and asked for a booth. They said they did't have any available, but there was one available in the bar so they cleaned it and we took that which was in the bar area. I would say that the pasta was good, but their pizza far outshines their pasta dishes that we ordered. They were very busy, but it took a very long time for our dinner to arrive (about 25 minutes)....read full review

Reserved a table for my family of 6 around 6PM on a Thursday night. Not crazy busy when we arrived. We were seated immediately. The server came out quickly to take drink orders.
