No boxes out to purchase, nothing.Update: The Mayfair location was open and they told me that the Brookfield Square location is closed Mondays & Tuesdays. Good to know! It would be nice if there were something online or at the store that told people this.

The dark skin guy this morning was very unprofessional, I was there 2 minutes before open and he stated nope we open in two minutes on the dot. Than when I ordered the girl in front counter is awesome because the credit card machine was not working and she took the initiative to fix it, but the dark skin guy he was like tell him only cash only, she said no hold on let me see if I have the magic touched and she fix it, cuddle to her. As far as that guy he is not about making money for the company and looks like he is there just for a paycheck to paycheck job. The item I purchase was from the day before they have to warm it up in the microwave.

Stopped by here while finishing up some stops and ended up getting a classic roll and a raspberry iced tea.To start off the service was sadly mediocre at best. They have signage saying they are short staffed, but the two that were present barely paid me any attention, on quickly glancing my way when I first approached. The rest of the transaction was with them both chatting and being turned from me.Sadly, my order did not redeem itself either. Not sure what they exactly use to make their raspberry lemonade, but it was given completely unblended (and I couldn't get it to mix well with the lemonade using the straw) and warm. The classic roll itself seemed extremely underdone , as outside of the first layer it got more dough-like the further I unrolled it. The middle had the consistency almost of chewed bubblegum.If you are at Brookfield square, do not let the smell convince you to stop by, as it is the only good thing to experience at this location.

Usually fresh Cinnabons... We attended the Brookfield Mall location. Glad to see them still in business as the food court is quickly becoming an empty atrium... I hope they survive because my wife and I have been coming here every time we visit Brookfield Squares.
The first batch the icing was spoiled or sour tasting called and took back they made fresh ones and gave me fresh ones

The two ladies working this afternoon were great. I got to watch one of them make the cinnamon rolls and she was very friendly. The cinnamon rolls were delicious but a little expensive.
