Been in about 4 times this week for the Carmel cold brew shake because it’s so good. Was in this afternoon as well as tuesday morning and there was one woman who was just so kind and so sweet. I didn’t catch her name but made my day both days!!

This place never fails to disappoint. I traditionally love Einstein, so I give this place a chance every couple months hoping things improve and every time I do I find myself wondering why I keep giving them chances. They suck in every way a restaurant that suck.

Waited in drive thru for 15 minutes with traffic barely moving. Walked inside to see what the issue was. Two people were working and there was no sense of urgency at all.

NEEDS TO UPDATE HOURS ON GOOGLE!! I was at drive thru at 12:55p Sunday and they told me they were closed. I checked Google before making the drive and Google said 2p. I drive around to the entrance and the door says 1p. Soooo I still got no service at 12:55p.

Have been to this location multiple times over the span of a year and each experience has been awful. Slow service inside, slow service in the drive thru, never accepting online orders, and staff is consistently less than pleasant.

Butt-Crack Bagels and CoffeeMy friend and I decided to grab a bite at Einstein Bagels from 11:10 to 11:30 AM 10/29/23. Our food order was managed well, arriving within a reasonable 8-10 minute window. However, our butt-crack flavored coffees took 35-40 mins. Post sandwich, we inquired about our vanished coffee order and the response was slow. Following our reminder, a blonde employee, seemingly new, requested his associate to attend to our coffee order, ( 5foot 4, dark complexity, bar earring) The associate's pace could only be described as molasses, with a 5-7 minute lag just staring at the order screen before springing into action. As she blended one of the drinks, her cell phone seemed to share an equal, if not more, portion of her attention. I had to re-communicate about my still 2nd missing drink, despite being assured multiple times that it was underway. The perplexed expressions on the employees' faces as they were confused about another drink. The associate, while making our drinks, had her pants sagging, exposing her butt-crack. Despite her attempts to hoist them up, her butt crack seemed to want to be tipped And, what's worse, this was the person handling our drinks, imagine someone not wearing gloves having your drink handled by someone reaching their fingers into their bare ass. Threw away the coffee immediately. The casual attire, the almost non-existent communication among staff, the prolonged wait, and the piggy bank butt-crack views brewed together to concoct an unpleasant experience. This Einstein Bagels outlet, with its laid-back (literally and figuratively) attitude, is not a place I'd recommend unless you fancy late drinks with a side of butt-crack.
Management has definitely declined in the past year or so. When you wait 30+ min in the drive through for 2 sandwiches that come out cold and taste like reheated frozen meat and egg it makes you wonder that after multiple cookie cutter replies from the owner if they even care anymore or are just lazy.

Absolutely slowest drive thru ever, 15 min for ONE toasted bagel and cream cheese. The girl at the window took my card, then walked away causing me to wait another five minutes, what gives. Do not come here
