Our service today was less than great! Over 2 hours for lunch for 2 people. She barely checked on us. She didn't fill our waters unless we asked. Asked for a wine list to pick a wine to go with dessert, and she more less just handed it over and walked away. Then it took her 20min to bring dessert.

Coopershawk has been a go-to destination for celebrating birthdays and special moments for me over the past couple of years. However, my recent experience has left me deeply disappointed. Despite my longstanding loyalty to the restaurant, the service and quality of food fell short of expectations on my birthday.The ambiance was pleasant as usual, but the service lacked the warmth and attentiveness I have come to expect from Coopershawk. Additionally, my meal arrived lukewarm/cold, failing to showcase the flavors I had anticipated. To add to the disappointment, I was charged full price for just two pieces of broccolini, an unexpected oversight.As someone who has celebrated numerous milestones at Coopershawk, it saddens me to reflect on this disappointing experience. I hope that by sharing my feedback, the management can address these issues and restore the trust and confidence of loyal patrons like myself.

Went there for dinner Sunday night to celebrate my wife's birthday March 9th, the food was great the service was lousy, when we sat down the waitress wished my wife a happy birthday, she took our order and we did not see her again until the food came out after that we did not see her again until we were done, I can live without seeing the waitress but what really upset me was that she knew it was my wife's birthday but never brought her a piece of cake all we got was the bill, I should have said something to her but I did not think that was my responsibility to do so. I did say something to the front desk but all they said was they would talk to her so we left not sure when I will be back.

We’ve been coming to this location for about 10 years and tonight was by far the best service we’ve ever had! Sam knew it was our anniversary offered us a complementary glass of champagne to celebrate! She was very attentive. She brought tastings for the wine of the month to our table and cleared away and packed up our leftovers. She was very attentive the entire meal. My husbands steak came out overcooked and she noticed immediately when she popped over for a table check. She took it away to be remade and sent her manager, Rebecca, over who offered us a dessert for the inconvenience.

Went there for dinner to celebrate my wife's birthday, service was not great at all, only saw the waitress twice, food was ok but not the greatest. The waitress knew it was a birthday dinner but for some reason she never brought a piece of cake to my wife, I told the front desk but all they said was they would talk to her.

We started our visit with wine tasting and appreciate the suggestions made by April for a wine purchase. Our lunch was outstanding with Caden. Excellent service and amazing food. We can not wait to return on Monday for our wine club dinner. We had a great time.
As a wine club member I dine here often, tonight our waiter was Brayden, he did phenomenal! Attentive and good banter he made sure we had everything we needed. Hope to have him again next time!

The food was amazing! My husband had the chef special salmon and I had the parmesan chicken. What made our night was the best server ever, Amy. Our courses of the meal were timed perfectly along with Amy checking in periodically to see how things were and if we needed anything. What stood out to us with Amy is she truly loves her job, she took time talking with us when we shared why we picked Coopers Hawk for our night out, and she showed sincere interest in what we shared with her. We will come back again soon!
