I usually love Five Guys but today I ordered on DoorDash and I got 5 fries in a cup when I ordered a little fries. Total disappointment.

For being on whole 30 it's been challenging to find a place that has offerings. So I'm not going to complain because it is fresh but moving forward I will have to make it myself. Pros: fresh patty, all the fresh toppings and a beautiful lettuce wrap The patty is not as flavored as I remembered and I did have to opt out of ketchup because of whole 30. I'm also really happy that give you tons of fries all the time. I didn't eat any but my fiancé had some and even with a little cup there was still so many.

I honestly wish I could give 0 stars for the Five Guys in Brookfield, Wisconsin. We ordered online on March 27 for curbside pickup. We arrived to pick up our order and followed the directions online to check in. After waiting approximately 40 minutes after the time indicated the order would be ready, I called the store several times but the phone went unanswered. I then went into the store to inquire about where the order was (which defeats the purpose of curbside pick up). The store was not busy and there were several employees milling around. I explained that I tried calling the store several times and we had been waiting for a curbside order for over 40 minutes from the time they said it would be ready online. The representative went and grabbed a bag by a heat lamp and was like "oh, your order is ready." I asked him how long the order had been seating under the lamp. He replied "only about 10 minutes." I knew right then he had lied to my face. Only after I wouldn't accept that old order, he said they could remake it. At that point, I explained to him that I had called the store several times, they were or should have been aware that there was a curbside order waiting and the fact that the order was old, I wanted a refund. Well apparently they didn't know how to refund my order in store and had to call the store manager, Freddy. According to the representative in store, Freddy said that I could cancel the order online. I explained to him there was nothing online that allowed me to do so. Even the representatives looked at my phone and confirmed there was no online cancellation link. Freddy then said he would refund my money the next day when he was in store. The next day and several days after, I called Freddy to inquire about my refund. He kept saying that the district manager refunded it and it should be in my account in a few days. The amount of the order was $68. After getting the run around with Freddy, I finally contacted my bank (Educators Credit Union) who assisted me in completing an affidavit of not receiving goods and they (Educators) refunded the money back to my account the next day. Shame on Five Guys. Will never do business at that location again! I recommend staying away to avoid the hassle and horrible customer service.

Ending up throwing half away. The burger was huge and greasy and so much cheese I could barely taste the thin bacon. The fries were ice cold by the time I got home. They had signs up all over bragging about the fries. I just didn't get it. Also ended up in the bathroom half the night. Sorry TMI
