Mark the guy up front was awesome not just to me but to the lady in front of me and lady behind me. Everything was great. It’s great they do school fundraisers too. Again Mark, the cashier with glasses and dark hair was stellar and I’ll now be back. Give him a big raise (include all the kitchen people too they were friendly as well)!!!!

The soups are good, but I will say that this is the second time Ive ordered a sandwhich with a couple extra vegetables and its been made incorrectly. I ordered a bacon avocado melt with some tomatoes, onions lettuce, and received a cold sandwich. Thankfully, all the correct toppings. Sadly, I hate cold sandwhiches. Second time, I ordered the same thing in the drive through. the bacon was shredded, there was some onions, but no tomato or lettuce that i ordered. It also was only half cooked. I cant tell if its revenge for ordering extra toppings or if its just incompetence. It sucks to pay 14$ for a meal though (double mcdonalds) and have to come home disappointed. Makes me glad I didnt have to tip.

I never have a problem here always good food, decently fast service. Tonight I came to Panera after going to a different establishment and getting ignored. I usually order at the iPad kiosk, Mainly because I never really know what I want to order. But I ordered and sat at a table to wait, to which I was greeted by a young worker and asked how I was doing and just friendly passing conversations. Then while leaving I had multiple employees smile and say have a good night. Which may sound simple but but it seems rare these days that the work environment feels light and fun but productive to a customer. So thank you for making my evening, and my food was delicious!

Drive through gave me a completely different order. Ordered about 35$ worth of stuff and they gave me a 12$ bag. Not even the same items.

Always out of bread. No matter bread it is. Bread bowls or any random sandwich you want.Customer service is terrible. Called to ask what breads they may be out of (since that is a typical thing) and was asked what type of bread I would be asking about. Then I asked again what bread they were out of and received the same response. It's not worth going to this "New, never has bread location"Every other location is top-notch. Love Panera Bread. Great food and great prices.

Reheated food passed off as fresh. Never again. I'll drive a little further to go to a different location.

I ordered the teriyaki chicken and broccoli bowl w/ no cilantro. I counted, and my bowl had 3 pieces of broccoli, 2 (very small) pieces of chicken and cilantro. There was maybe a tablespoon of teriyaki sauce. I've worked in food service for many years, and I know that I would not let a plate that looks like this be served to the customer. The person who made this simply does not give a damn, which would be whatever if it weren't for the fact that I paid $13 for this! The last time I ordered this dish from this location, the rice was swimming in teriyaki sauce. It was so nauseating that I couldn't finish it. Management clearly doesn't care based on the many other negative reviews, so I don't expect this to change at all. Go to a different location.

Friendly staff who were helpful and accommodating. I had a few questions about picking up bagels and coffee for a group. They took the time to answer questions and offer suggestions while still being quick and efficient.

This seems like a poorly managed location. Whenever I am eating here, I always see a tall man running around doing everything, while everyone else seems to be talking or on their phones. There never seems to be enough staff, and they are constantly out of product, is there an issue with inventory placement? It seems like whenever the tall man isn't working, the quality of service and cleanliness goes down.
