I never have a problem here always good food, decently fast service. Tonight I came to Panera after going to a different establishment and getting ignored. I usually order at the iPad kiosk, Mainly because I never really know what I want to order. But I ordered and sat at a table to wait, to which I was greeted by a young worker and asked how I was doing and just friendly passing conversations. Friendly staff who were helpful and accommodating. I had a few questions about picking up bagels and coffee for a group. They took the time to answer questions and offer suggestions while still being quick and efficient.
Never again.
