The gentleman who started our order- goat!!! He suggested the oreo shake with cold brew, and its amazing!!! Very helpful with the order and thorough with making sure it was right. The restaurant was clean and the environment was friendly!
I've been coming to this Potbelly's since they opened and I can honestly say I've never been disappointed. Their soups, their salads, their sandwiches, the shakes and cookies are all delicious. The staff has always been friendly, so much so that when I was going to college I stopped by for a late dinner and study session and didn't realize that they let me stay a little late while they cleaned up. I really enjoy the chicken potpie soup. I also like the Avo Turkey on Flatbread. ? The staff was nice, they didn't engage with me and the first time guests that accompanied me. They did not offer suggestions even after being asked, "What's good on the menu?" I provided my guest with my suggestions, and she was pleased.
