I have been to the location on 124th and Capitol , Milwaukee several times since its close to me . Generally when you go instore the service is ok because you are there to correct errors . However whenever i order online , there is a mistake with the order . Most often im in a hurry to go to work so generally overlook it if the extra item i order is not included . Today i ordered a Salad and Chilli and was in a hurry to pick up the food , however my order was not fulfilled ; the store clerk was clueless as to whether i even ordered anything . I asked her to cancel my order and refund my cash . Im not going there anymore ! Im willing to go to the store to get it resolved , i dont care about the money per se , but its the principle, you expect the community to support the local store , and the community in turn expect good service . Dont think that is too much to ask for !

The first time I was there the cashier at the register was rude and acted like we were an inconvenience. The second time I placed an order online and both my subs were wrong! They didn't care. The food is normally so yummy but I'm so disappointed.

Powerhouse salad was great, fresh and a decent portion. Mac and cheese container was only half full - so that was disappointing. But at least it was tasty.

this employee was exceedingly rude to my family. not only was he wearing Airpods while working the register, but he claimed that ham cannot be added to a sandwich. it is literally a sandwich shop i know ham can be added to a sandwich. his long hair was not held back by a hairnet and i am increasingly nervous that hair strands will be in my sub. finally, our order took over 30 minutes to be ready. and we ordered online. everyone who ordered in store got their food before us.

I really enjoy the chicken potpie soup. I also like the Avo Turkey on Flatbread. ? The staff was nice, they didn't engage with me and the first time guests that accompanied me. They did not offer suggestions even after being asked, "What's good on the menu?" I provided my guest with my suggestions, and she was pleased.

The gentleman who started our order- goat!!! He suggested the oreo shake with cold brew, and its amazing!!! Very helpful with the order and thorough with making sure it was right. The restaurant was clean and the environment was friendly!

I've been coming to this Potbelly's since they opened and I can honestly say I've never been disappointed. Their soups, their salads, their sandwiches, the shakes and cookies are all delicious. The staff has always been friendly, so much so that when I was going to college I stopped by for a late dinner and study session and didn't realize that they let me stay a little late while they cleaned up. I apologized profusely, but they said, "eh, we were able to clean around you & we had to be here anyway, lol!". Just a top notch sub shop, I hope they never change.

Ordered a BLTA and after a minute, I hear him say “we out of bacon” but they scavenged enough for our sandwich. After toasting, I hear the lady putting mayo on it and have to stop her cause we didn’t ask for it after it was too late. We get home to find NO tomato or lettuce so we ended with just a BA and they never said a word. And while checking out ask if I want to tip, seriously? They should tip me for keeping some of my sandwich!

I came to grab a quick bite before heading home. I guess I was too busy enjoying the delicious 1/2 Oreo/1/2 Strawberry shake the young lady prepared while the rest of my order was completed that I left my wallet at the restaurant. 2days later after realizing that Potbelly was my purchase, I called just to check if anything was turned in. To my surprise my wallet was locked away being held for pickup with All personal items in place. Great Food/ Service/ People...Brookfield, WisconsinVegetarian options: I like that they offered meatless sandwiches for my family and me to enjoy ?
