Take a seat at the counter or table, the server takes your order from a VERY short choice of items, and this delightful smash burger will be in front of you in minutes. Or less. Added a monster size (only one size) order of hot, salty, fresh crinkle cut fries to the burger, and their house-made root beer, creamy and "rooty." Lunch for two, less than $10. No kidding. The shillelaghs were for my friend, I'm not a big fan. To me they don't have much flavor and are a bit greasy.This time the chili came out lukewarm. Had to be sent back for a warm up. “This was a random Google find, and I'll definitely be back. The Chicken sandwich was delicious, the breading light and crispy (and completely attached!); one of the best I've had in a while. The breakfast Burrito was a good size, bigger than expected as it was about standard burrito size (you know how some places offer smaller breakfast sized burritos) The corndogs were pretty good, although they were about half the size the picture online made them appear. Fries did not disappoint and my son said his burger sliders were good. Overall it seems like you can't go wrong with anything on the menu. Employees seemed in good spirits too.“

“Brought mom as they had the beef barley let soup on the menu, her favorite! She thoroughly enjoyed it and said it was as close to her mother's recipe as she has ever tasted! She used to come here as a little girl when she lived in the neighborhood and her grandmother would get black raspberry ice cream (Not in the menu now). “Dogs & Cream has great tasting fast food options for a reasonable price. The mac and cheese dog is family favorite, but everything we've tried is great. Their real draw, though, its their people. Every employee I've encounteted here is incredibly friendly and welcoming. I imagine the management prioritizes the customer experience because it shows.“

“We stumbled upon this restaurant while visiting from Illinois today. I was shocked at how well our cashier entered our order. We didn’t know what we were ordering, the kids were mumbling through options with their sandwiches and shakes, yet everything came out correct! The inside atmosphere was cool. There was some damage done by previous customers like names scratched into our table and the tree trunk having some gunk on it, but that’s the fault of the customers. We wanted to sit upstairs in the tree, but it was full. I love the idea of the theme and the food was perfect for our family. I just wish it was bigger. I have had Bluegill here also which is excellent but they tend to run out of that, so come earlier if you want the bluegill. Fishfry comes w/ fries & cole slaw, is reasonably priced, & you can have your choice of the items on the salad bar which usually includes bread/rolls, veggies- carrots, celery, radishes, pasta salad, potato salad, & jello (I like it with the pineapple chunks in it!) The BBQ pork fries, the nacho fries, and the bourbon burger are really good. Decent cheese curds and the servings are big. My son, who’s autistic, quickly took to Beth and she’s well know in this house and his fave waitress. The staff is always a pleasure to converse with and they treat their guests as if they’re family.
