“Visiting Cedarburg Wisconsin for the first time today our group really lucked out in finding Sal's pizzeria. After being turned down at a few local spots for not having reservations we continued down main steet in hopes of finding someplace good for breakfast. After a few minutes walking downtown we crossed the street where the familiar smell of fresh baked pizza permeated the air. After a short discussion the group decided I should go inside first to check if they had enough room for the six of us and see if they made gluten free pizza. The answer was yes to both so we decided to give it a try and man are we glad we did! The six of us, all pizza snobs from Chicago had to agree Sal's makes an exceptionally good pie, literally among the best pizza any of us ever tasted. What makes admitting this so hard is the fact Sal's pizza is New York style, a hard pill to swallow for anyone from the Windy City. But hey, anything as good as Sal's needs to be celebrated so that's why we've decided to surrender this battle in the Pizza wars and share this amazing gem with the world.Mangiare“

“Stopped in recently for the first time and had the crispy chicken sandwich. It was the best chicken sandwich I have ever had. Crispy, juicy and hot - served on a toasted brioche bun with fresh lettuce, tomato and a creamy mayonnaise. The Kettle Chips were perfect. Good price and great service. You can tell they care about what they do. Looking forward to trying the meatball sub.“
“Very nice and caring staff. The leadership was very concerned that our family was charged fairly and treated well (which we were :-) Our 2 kids of boy and a girl bike from the Cedarburg fairgrounds for the ice slushies and snack/candy food. Thanks you for always treating us friendly and fairly. Respectfully, The Howard's“

“Super happy to have returned to Old Germantown restaurant for the third time and first time inside the restaurant. Farm Fresh means extra work, planning and focus on ingredients. Forget instant gratification found in drive through's and fast food mass production-delivery. This is a family run throw back offering awesome craft beers made onsite and many creative personal pizza's. Just like the thousands of small craft breweries throughout the west, sometimes ale/beer types run out, you get to venture to other tastes! If you want some lager canned weeks ago designed for college kids on spring break, this is not a place for you. If you are in a hurry and long ago forgot what restaurant atmosphere is, this is not a place for you. If you need a large backlit sign to find the driveway (like main street America looks today), this is not a place for you. Here is a challenge, find the restaurant without your GPS!Last night we tried the "Milwaukee" pizza and if you grew up in Southeastern Wisconsin you know what a "Milwaukee" pizza should taste and look like. They nailed it and I get the left overs today! Regarding the Ale; I was a taste tester for a global Milwaukee beer company, have traveled the Western hemisphere trying ales and beers all over. The ales here are excellent. If you get an opportunity I highly recommend Old Germantown, enjoy!“

“My wife and I went to this restaurant this evening for the first time. Our experience was fabulous! The Wedding Soup was divine. The lasagna was absolutely scrumptious. The Tiramisu was the best ever. Carrie, our waitress, was friendly, polite and very professional. Carmelo, the owner, asked us about our experience, and we told him that everything was just wonderful. Carmelo informed us that his wife made the Tiramisu and that his son made the lasagna. Everything was homemade and delicious. We will definitely visit this restaurant again soon. Very highly recommended Italian Restaurant!!!“

“this was my first visit to Ivee's! the food was very good and the staff was attentive. I have been a customer for a good many years to the Sawmill and Odyssey restaurants and Ivee's by far exceeds their standards! I hope they take their business away as they deserve it! Thank you!“

“Ordered pizza, lasagna, and garlic bread for a small gathering at our house. Staff was very helpful in helping us figure out how much we would need, and getting things ordered (especially, Sam). Everything was hot, ready on time, and enjoyed by all… especially the lasagna/garlic bread. Even the small bit of leftovers we had the next day was delish ?? ??“

“always enough toppings, staff is great but they need to upgrade the use of credit and or debit cards so you can leave a tip for the staff. they only have a tip jar for cash. I for one do not carry cash most of the time anymore due to a lot of businesses can be cashless. i wish he/they would update. As i am told it is not a difficult process to change over“

“This is by far the best pizza! You must order the deep dish. Even people that typically do not like deep dish love this one! The crust tastes like my grandma's beer bread she used to make. The ingredients are fresh and they are not stingy with their toppings. I even had my friend's mom (from Italy) dine with me there and she said it was exceptionally good. She said the sausage is excellent. It's a small, cozy place. A great place to dine with friends. The bartenders are always friendly. (You order at the bar and they tell you when your order is up.) My latest visit was recently. We drove from the airport, all the way to Tomaso's in the snow to enjoy their pizza, (we even ordered a par bake to take home) then drive an hour back home.“
