We got three subs and all three sub were made wrong. Mine didn’t have the pickles I asked for. My fiancé ordered a buffalo chicken and ranch and didn’t chicken on it then Hunter ordered a bacon and brisket and when he got his it had Mac and cheese on it. He hates Mac and cheese lol guess this was a mistake to go there. Lesson

Don't recommend this location to anyone. Was asked to wait a few minutes at the drive thru then a few minutes later was asked why I haven't ordered even though nothing was said in-between it. After that while starting to state my order was cut off and told to wait another few minutes. After I finally got the the window they took my payment and they ended up completely forgetting my order. After specifying what I just payed for again I then finally got my sandwiches I noticed they forgot the drinks and chips. So after telling them what I payed for an additional time I finally got everything in my order. I wouldn't even mind all this if it wasn't for the sandwiches being made terribly as well. One sandwich didn't have enough meat to fill the sandwich so parts of the sandwich was just bread. The other was drenched in so much mayo that it was leaking though the bag.
The restaurant is in the gas station. We went there on a cold, dreary day for soup, and they were out of all the kinds of soup, except Mac & Cheese, which isn't actually soup. We were all disappointed.
Was very disappointed with quality and service don't waste your time or money

Kaitlyn is a GEM! Don't you ever lose that employee --- she works hard with a smile!When we arrived she was taking inventory. She acknowledged us with a warm greeting after a short wait. She explained she'd wash her hands and gloved up. Being a half hour before close, she had started her cleaning duties, but still offered to reassemble the pop machine for us. We declined, as the gas station is connected space and we were happy to help her accommodate our late order. She chatted while she constructed our sandwiches and rang us out. We enjoyed every minute and bite!

Incredible service from Erbs and Gerbs.Ordered delivery through DoorDash and the driver ended up storming out when the store was out of a meat and had to reach out to make a substitution.The store ended up calling us to let us know about the altercation and not only refunded us but also delivered the order with an apology note themselves.Great work from the crew on 10/14/2023. Thank you!
